Refund policy
We take pride in ensuring every order is carefully packed and fulfilled. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, we are here to help. Due to the collectible nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows the unopened parcel, the process of opening it, and the damaged item upon unboxing. This video is required as proof to confirm that the damage occurred during shipping and not after receipt. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.
If your claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement item (if available) or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
In the event that we send you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the incorrect item received, and the unboxing video as proof. Once verified, we will ship out the correct item at no additional cost to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if necessary.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preferences on card condition, or price changes after purchase. All items are thoroughly checked and photographed before being shipped to ensure accuracy.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery and the required unboxing video is submitted. Claims made after this period may not be eligible.
